Connecting a healthier San Francisco

The City of San Francisco is working to eliminate all new HIV infections by 2020. To reach this goal, Health eNav, a research study at the San Francisco Department of Public Health, is using mSurvey to help people living with HIV better engage in their HIV care by providing timely and essential medical and support services.

Clients receive daily mobile surveys asking about their mental health, substance use, and support systems to help tackle any barriers to care. Clients also have access to their own digital navigator for real-time, personalized support, using Convos, an SMS text messenger.
