Traveling the customer journey

 

Digicel Trinidad & Tobago, the top mobile provider in the Caribbean, partnered with dealerships to make purchasing and registering SIM cards readily available everywhere. Digicel turned to mSurvey to automate the time-consuming process of manual SIM registration.

After activating a SIM card, mSurvey enabled customers to send personal information to Digicel over SMS. The switch to automated registration allowed customers to register their SIM cards on the go, cutting registration time in half.   Administratively, registration numbers were automatically sent to a particular location, a step that was previously done manually, which made mSurvey an indispensable partner for a billion dollar telco in an emerging market .
