Help shape access to mobile research for students
mSurvey is fundamentally changing how surveys are conducted from a time-consuming, pen and paper process to a real-time, mobile message conversation. Researchers at institutions such as Harvard Medical School and University of Washington have used mSurvey to access information and populations previously unobtainable. See here for more details.
We are now exploring the use of mobile research to lighten the cost and logistical burden on student research and need your help to shape the product!
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University-level instructors and professors interested in using mobile surveys as a learning tool for classes
- Students interested in using mobile surveys to collect data for their research
WHAT do we need?
- Volunteers to use the mSurvey platform to create a mobile survey conversation of their choice and send to the public of Kenya. Results will be aggregated in real time and made available to the volunteer.
- Feedback on likes, dislikes, and creative suggestions for improvement will be gathered through a quick chat with a member of the mSurvey team
